I had a sugar over load on Easter… & Monday, I felt AWFUL!!!
Good job keeping at the clean eating & good luck continuing it!… & getting that little guy to try more foods with color. Like you tried to bribe with pee tricks 🙂

Total God moment that led me to this!!! My family and I have been on a crazy journey ourselves, especially after my husband’s heart issue. We created a movement on Facebook that ties in with getting back to the basics in eating… I was trying to zone out before going to sleep & was just scrolling through your blogs – I heard you say Ulcerative Colitis, and I was like NO WAY. It sucks, yeahhh it sucks, but I’m glad I have been reading everything in here! I plan to stay tuned in!! (I didn’t know where else to contact..) God bless!

We also BEG our kids to eat veggies… we accidentally stumbled across Juice Plus + and it’s been a huge blessing. I don’t have the mommy guilt anymore.

The company takes fruits and veggies, juices them and then removes the liquid so they can be put into capsule form, retaining all the nutrients, so my whole family gets about 20 fruits & vegetables daily.

You guys rock, thanks for keeping it real! <3 <3

About Us
The Holderness family has been dancing in pajamas and singing during snow days for years — but last year they hit the record button on the camera and published their goofy video on YouTube. Penn, Kim, Lola, and Penn Charles continue to make hilarious videos around tent-pole events and circumstances most families face.
