How to Listen (kinda) with ADHD

penn holderness

Penn and I have shared a lot of stories around the importance of communication on our podcast lately. We have given tips on how to appropriately share your thoughts and emotions, but what about listening?

Listening can be tough for a lot of us, but for Penn…asking him to stay tuned into a conversation from beginning to end is pretty much like asking me to dismiss empty TP rolls and pushed out chairs. So, this video is for those of you (with ADHD or not) who want tips for being a better listener.

Warning: do not take this tips seriously.

This portion of our website is all about our ongoing quest to be better at being married to each other.  The content is a little longer form than the usual videos, but it will still make you laugh - and hopefully it’ll make you think a little!

About Us
The Holderness family has been dancing in pajamas and singing during snow days for years — but last year they hit the record button on the camera and published their goofy video on YouTube. Penn, Kim, Lola, and Penn Charles continue to make hilarious videos around tent-pole events and circumstances most families face.
