You may have seen that I started a new YouTube channel, Happy & Healthy(ish). I’m excited to share my favorite tips and tricks to help keep you and your family moving and motivated. Since winter is trying to hold on for dear life, I thought it would be a good time to share my story about SAD (seasonal affective disorder) and my to-go solutions that help me get through the tough days.
